    Great quality superautomatic

    I bought a Delonghi magnifica evo and immediately it just felt plasticy and cheap for how durable it seems like it should be for how expensive it is. This Ninja, while new and unproven over the long term, feels worlds more robust and high quality. It looks nice and has been working really well. The drip tray is slightly obnoxious to try to keep level, bringing over to the sink, but that's not unique to this machine. The grind IQ can burn through a lot of grounds up front, but once you get the settings locked in, it does exactly what I want and exactly why i got a superautomatic: a consistent drink with only like 1 button press. Tweaking the settings like grind size and strength everything were frustrating at the beginning because the machine adjusts things in the background which makes it hard to isolate variables, but if you just trust the grind iq and dial in little things from there, I've gotten to a really decent output. Beans I've been using successfully for the last 2 weeks: Lavazza Super Crema and Counter Culture Big Trouble.

    Coffee Heaven

    If you are thinking about getting this, DO IT!! You will not be disappointed. It is easy to use and having different drink selections gives you variety each and every day. Yes it is on the pricey side, but it will pay for itself once you start making your drinks at home and not having to buy them. It can save your selections for each drink you make. If you like variety and not having to guess at making your drinks, this is the coffee, espresso, etc machine to buy!!

    Best yet

    Amazing machine. We have owned each of them and upgraded each tile ash’s each time we were not disappointed. Yes it’s pricey but it’s way cheaper than the other known brands and does way more at this price point. Easy to use and cleans itself each time. Well worth the money for the upgrade. So far no regrets.

    Awesome all in one!

    We have been very pleased with this product so far. It has only been a month, so I can’t speak to the longevity of the product. I have to drink, decaffeinated coffee after12pm, or else I won’t sleep. The removable hoppers give me the ability to switch between the regular coffee beans and the decaf beans without wasting coffee. I have tried several drinks, and my favorites are just a regular cappuccino and a nice latte. My husband likes being able to make an iced Americano at home. We have tried the cold brew settings, and the flat white, and everything turns out great. We have our set up next to our sink so that we can easily rinse out the milk carafe and wipe down the steam wand after each use.

    Easy to Use a Process to Clean

    This espresso machine is most definitely an investment. While the coffee making process is fully automatic, the cleaning required should be considered. There are daily, weekly and monthly cleanings that should be done to keep the machine in best condition. I love this espresso machine and the quality of coffee it makes is better than a coffee shop. If you aren’t ready to own a hamster or a cat, I wouldn’t get this espresso machine.

  • Do you offer any colors other than stainless steel? If you do when can we expect those to be released and arrive in the stores.

    I believe there is only one color available, which is the stainless steel. Personally, I think this looks really nice.

  • How do you make the cold foam

    There is a button specifically for cold foam for the frothing system. The milk jug has both a whisk and a steam wand. When I have made cold foam, I think it is only using the whisk, but I can’t be sure.

  • For someone who wants authentic espresso, is this machine actually capable of producing it? What features make it a true espresso machine rather than just a coffee maker?

    This machine adjusts both the brew strength and the puck size, based on whether you choose espresso, lungo, or regular coffee, etc. there are defaults for these different drinks, but you can also put in your individual preferences for number of shots, size of the puck that is going to be brewed, and temperature, as well as brew the same drink two times to increase the size.

  • Can this machine make hot chocolate?

    It depends what you mean by that. You can steam and/or froth hot milk in the milk jug and as your mix to it afterward. The machine can also just produce hot water, to which you could add your hot chocolate packet. However, you cannot run milk through the system. It just has a water reservoir.
