Great heat displacement evenly throughout the whole pan. Easy to clean, love the non stick when cooking anything that usually just wreaks havoc due to it sticking on the pan.

Wonderful pan for fry or boiling and baking no food sticking in I have electric stove which is stronger than the gas this pan is an exemple of the best made constructure

We really love this set and bought this to add a bigger pan. Been using them for a couple months now and they are really solid, and cook and clean so easily. Not worried about some of the reviews saying the coating bubbled as these are warranteed for a long time and we are following the easy instruction (don't preheat for a long period of time over 500 degrees with nothing in the pan). The only negative would be the stand-alone price compared to the full set

I have several ninja, never stick, premium pieces, and they are all excellent! Follow the rules to preheat, and you’ll never have anything stick!. Cleaning and upkeep is the easiest of any cookware I’ve ever owned!

It was great for a very short while, but even after taking care of it exactly as directed, after just a year and a half, it is not at all non-stick.
