    It never worked

    The product arrived packaged in a plain box that was clearly not the original packaging. There were no images, descriptions, or any useful information about the product on the box, and no instruction manual was included inside. I had to go online to try to find the manual, and after spending several hours attempting to set it up and get it working, I had no success at all. The coffee maker never functioned, not even once. It was discounted when I bought it, but in hindsight, the low price should have been a warning—it was simply too good to be true. I ended up returning it the very next day.

    Buyer beware

    This refurbished coffee maker worked great until the 15 DAY warranty was over. It made it about 3 weeks until complete failure. Cannot return or replace this. This is a 3rd party seller selling through Bestbuy. Do not buy this! Save your money! Buy a new one from Bestbuy which does offer a longer warranty. I am a Plus member which does nothing for items like this apparently. You’ve been warned!
