A: Hi, If the right Neon Red Joy con (remote) is broke. Yes, this product will work. All to do is remove the broken joy con buy pressing the small unlock release button right behind the R button and release the joy con. Then when you receive this product place it onto the console. Make sure to lock it in place. Hope this helps

A: The Joy Con are recharged when attached to docked Switch. You never add or remove any batteries.
