NIU (NIU Technologies) (NASDAQ: NIU), founded in 2014, is the world’s leading provider of smart urban mobility solutions. The BQi-C3 Pro: Twin Batteries, Twice the Distance. The BQi-C3 Pro's long 90 mile range from swappable twin batteries is incomparable in this price range. This unique dual battery system provides more range than ever, with lightweight, swappable batteries that are easy to recharge and replace while a pedal-assist and throttle power you to speeds of up to 28mph.
A: From the many different independent reviews I've read on other sites. It seems that pedaling IS required to reach 28 MPH. Pedaling triggers the cadence sensor which tells the motor to go top speed. Having said that I don't own the bike myself and can't verify this in anyway. Although I do hope to one day buy one.
Q: Where can I get replacement parts I. Case something breaks and is it too expensive to get it fix?
A: You can only get them from NIU. They have an absolutely horrible repair policy and all parts are proprietary so a bike shop can't help you as I tried to have it repaired at my local shop when I realized how difficult NIU was to deal with. If you are in the return windows still please return the bike because if you have an issue you will have major problems getting it resolved. Read my review on best buy titled" Niu bqi c3 Nightmare".
Q: can i ride this on the road in north carolina?otherwise what good is it?
A: North Carolina, South Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota - the bike doesn't care where you ride it.
Q: What is the weight capacity?
A: Under Specifications, it states 360 pounds.
A: The BQi-C3 Pro has a 500-watt Bafang hub drive motor with a peak output of 750 watts.
Q: How do dual batteries work?
A: There are 2 batteries that are positioning in the step through design of the frame. Many ebikes on the market provide a single battery only, however the benefit of dual batteries is the extra long range of up to 90 miles. Power is drawn from both batteries simultaneously. We hope that answers your question.
Q: My fromt wheel is too big and doesnt fit into the frame i can even turn the handle bar straight.
A: When I received my Ebike, had same problem. You need to loosen fork retaining mount, then turn the fork 180 degrees, into the correct position. The manufacter installed the fork backwards.
Q: Why is my display reading break error?
A: undefined
