Q: Do these units come with thermal paste?
A: Hello, thanks for the question! All our krakens do come with pre installed thermal paste.
Q: Is this compatible with a am4 cpu?
A: Yes it is, I am using its amd mount bracket it comes with on my AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X. So far the pump works well, but it does have some air bubbles

A: This is the Regular Kraken, cannot upload Gifs or full circular images. Only the small square.
