Huge difference over air cooling. I chose to upgrade because my temps would rise after long gaming sessions and my frames would drop. Now I have consistent performance no matter how long I play. I did have trouble mounting the radiator. The size fits but I didn't have any holes on my case that matched up right with it. I even got another case for better air flow and what I thought would be a proper fit but had same problem I had the clearance but no holes matched up well. Luckily the radiator mounting is pretty forgiving. I used zip ties on the first case the second I had to remove the fans and place it between the mesh front panel and the front mounted fans I had. I'm sure if I did more research i could have avoided this yeah def make sure it will fit before buying. It comes in multiple sizes. It also looks really cool. One last thing I originally ordered open box excellent for the larger version of this and it was missing the Intel bracket and some screws. I think whoever does the rehoming doesnt know anything about computers and saw the AMD bracket and a bunch of screws and thought "same." Even when returning it in store the best buy rep didn't understand why I was returning. I had to pull the instructions out and prove it's missing parts. I also couldn't get the one I wanted as it was not in stock at any store near me so that part really sucked so I'd buy new to avoid the Hassel.

This NZXT liquid cooler works very well. However I am a little disappointed that the white RGB version of this wasn’t available at the time - I would’ve preferred that one. The cooling is very nice and there’s different settings and features in the NZXT Cam software. I recommend this.

NZXT's coveted Z line of coolers always delivers on performance and style. I opted for the z63 for a mute aesthetic along with increased customization of the LCD display. Yes, it's expensive but it is worth it if these features are appealing to you. Aside from looking great in your build, the performance is up to par as well, with my CPU temps in the low 70's for my 5900x while gaming. I attached a photo of it during the build process and looking back on it, it's probably one of my favorite purchases.

It's worth mentioning that I got this open box, and I also had a $50 reward. So this cost me $150, not $250. Take with that what you will. If you can get something similar or stomach the $250, proceed. I am absolutely blown away by the performance. Coming from my stock Ryzen Wraith Prism it is night and day! With the wraith cooler in my NZXT H510 Elite Case (not the best airflow) my CPU temps could reach up to 85 during intense gaming. With this, I hardly cracked 70. After undervolting my CPU I now sit between 53-63 during intense gaming. It is absolutely wonderful. My office also gets less hot with less hot air moving around. Noise. This thing is QUIET! After adjusting the fan curve, the noise profile is surprisingly low. Now, the most important thing. The screen. Pictures do not do it justice. It is incredibly vibrant and sharp. The infographic is super useful, and what I typically have displayed. Although, I have a library of silly gifs that get thrown on too. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants fantastic cooling, and also wants the freedom to display whatever information or buffoonery that they so please.

It was very easy to install and looks great. I’ve had no issues with temperatures since putting it in! I love being able to change the LCD screen!

Awesome product. Easy to install and looks great. More importantly it is keeping my CPU cool. I have an 11700kf and these run hot. Idles between 29-32c and maxes out around 55 when gaming at 1440p along with my rtx 3080. Highly recommend if you're looking for an AIO that looks great and functions great.

I absolutely love the LCD customization options and the performance of the Kraken but the CAM app performance and stability leave a lot to be desired. It's not easily possible to manage the LCD outside of CAM and CAM consistently fails to start and interferes with other third-party options such as SignalRGB.

I absolutely love this AIO CPU cooler! I love that you can change the display to show whatever info you want about your pc, and you can put gifs on it! NZXT CAM software does log me out occasionally, but it’s not a big deal. The AIO still works without it.

Super awesome AIO. I overclocked my 13700K to all P-core 5.8 all E-core 4.4. Running Cinebench R23 the temperature is 90 Celsius.

Looks great and keeps my CPU cool. I went from a 360mm to this 280mm and the thermals are the same. Runs nice and quiet too even at higher RPM’s.

My first liquid cooling system and everything went smoothly. My CPU idle temperature is now around 35C and never goes over 70C compared to around 50C and 90C before. It's also fairly quiet but what I love most of all is the little screen for displaying animated GIF images. As of Nov. 2022, you can now use JPGs and PNGs. I had to rearrange some fans to get the best cooling and now even while gaming, the fans don't even spin up at all. Before, the massive 3090 GPU heat would go straight up into my CPU's old heatsink causing it to throttle when gaming. Now the CPU gets the cool air first with the radiator at the front of the case and out of the path of the GPU heat and the GPU gets fresh air too with a fan I added at the bottom. Three exhaust fans at the top quietly keep heat from backing up in the upper case. I also underclocked my GPU which went from ~450w to max of about ~290w with barely any hit in performance. If you're curious from my pics, I added a 13" USB-C 1080p monitor attached with a magnet sheet to the front of my case and I'm running AIDA64 with a custom monitoring layout I made. These pics were taken during the summer when the days were very warm.

I bought this Nzxt z63 radiator water cooler as an open box item. And the item was completely brand new nothing missing just the plastic wrapping and the box was a bit torn/ crushed. These NZXT CPU radiator water cooler are wonderful, I’m very satisfied with this product. I’ve built a few with NZXT COMPUTER CASES with PSU AND Z63’s CPU COOLERS.

It does the job and keeps my i9-9900k to 65 at max load. But let's be honest, the real reason you want this is for the customizable display. The display looks to me like a 720p screen which looks amazing at it's size (good pixel density). The software is easy to use for uploading your own gifs and what have you.

For all those asking about pump orientation, YES ! you can put the hoses in any direction and the cam software will rotate correctly. I have an Z590 MSI wifi gaming edge motherboard with 4x16 ram and could not mount the pump with the hoses at the 3 o'clock position as they block the 1st slot. I mounted it at 9 o'clock with hopes and to my pleasure it worked fine. I was able to tuck the hoses behind the top fans to the front mounted rad in the corsair icue 4000x case. Would not fit on the top like I had hoped. All in all everything came together nicely. Just waiting on my custom cables for the psu.
