About this product
Off with Their Heads are back with their new album, Be Good. The band has been relatively quiet over the last two years, largely because frontman Ryan Young was tending to an ill family member who ultimately passed away last year. But through mourning came inspiration. InchShe was a photographer, and at the wake were all these photos she took,Inch he remembers. One of those photos struck him immediately. It shows a Mennonite family enjoying a sunny day at the beach while an ominous cooling tower looms in the background. InchI said That's gonna be the cover of the album that doesn't exist yet.Inch That photo captures the spirit of Be Good. While all of Off with Their Heads' previous work shares a common thread of being rooted in Young's fatalistic view of the world, Be Good at least allows a tiny glimmer of hope to peek through. Young and the band members-bassist Robbie Smartwood, guitarist\ John Polydoros, and new drummer Kyle Manning-holed up for two and a half weeks at Pachyderm Studios, a mid-century mansion in Minnesota where Nirvana recorded In Utero, to make Be Good. Young co-produced the record along with Dan Jensen, and it was the first time he enjoyed the process, or at least tolerated it. Be Good will be released by Epitaph Records on August 16 and, if ever there was a time for Ryan Young's distinct brand on cautious optimism, it's now. Young says, InchBe good, be loud-that's sometimes all you can do.Inch

2020 . The Ends Justify the Means... ... such is the name of the new album by Denmark's hard-hitting heavy metal band Justify Rebellion. The rebellion is here to stay, proven by this monstrosity of a heavy metal album, which takes it's inspiration from several metal genres. With this album you can easily tell that the kids from the first album Unleashing The Beast have grown into testosterone-filled heavy metal hailers. The album is mainly centered on the darker aspects of humanity and society, with the topics on the record varying from greed, war, lust and drugs to vulnerability and self-realization.

Off with Their Heads were signed to Epitaph after tag head (and Bad Religion cofounder) Brett Gurewitz dubbed them Inchthe best punk band going right now. Inch Since their 2010 debut, the band have been winning converts opening for such iconic artists as Bad Religion, the Bouncing Souls, Against Me!, Less Than Jake and Dropkick Murphy's. In Desolation won glowing press, such as Absolute Punk's description of Incha walloping 34-minutes of Midwestern-bred punk rock with a dose of Descendents-like melody... plenty of gritty honesty and good-natured humor, like a punk rock Fresh Prince. Inch the band has been on the road virtually non- stop, inspiring spirited sing-alongs, celebratory beer throwing and additional good natured chaos. Home chronicles the massive development of frontman Ryan Young's songwriting, and the new sonics that producer Bill Stevenson of the Descendents brings to the band's sound. For their many fans, this is more of what they want; for the waiting fans of Gaslight Anthem, Against Me! And great punk rock, this is the album to discover.
