Q: Can you put a external hard drive on it and is it good for gaming
A: Yes you can use an external hard drive. The PC is great for gaming, but an external hard drive has limitations. You can dowload games onto the drive but to get the best performance you need to run them off the 512GB SSD.

A: In short, no. In order to upgrade to an AMD Ryzen, this pc requires a AM4 mobo. So yes you could upgrade but more then just the new cpu is needed
