Good scale but dont step all the way on the edge with one foot cause it will flip upward

I had the predecessor of this scale, the Omron 100 for many years and, until it finally stopped, it was great - easy to use and accurate. I haven't yet been able to put it along side a calibrated scale but it seems to be right on. I also haven't tried the bluetooth function. The only negative is that it doesn't seem to be quite as wide as my previous one so it's a smidge harder to step on it.

The size is smaller than expected but it does do the job. My goal was to get the data into Apple Health and it does that fine. Single user but these are small enough and way less than a wifi scale, so you can get one for each user. My first wifi scale end of lifed and would not sync to Apple Health anymore. Second was proprietary and they decided to not easily export the data to Apple Health in favor of their own services/app. So hoping omron keeps the data shareable with Apple Health.

I needed a basic scale and this is much more. I do not need the bells and whistle of this scale, syncing with my phone or anything else. My privacy is more important than bells and whistles. It was on sale and with my best buy certificates, so I came out ahead on this purchase. It is a beautiful scale and easy to maintain. The digital readout is a little difficult to see if the lights are low but once they start blinking, I step off and can read the results easily.
