To accommodate a variety of lighting needs in performance venues, theaters, school auditoriums, and houses of worship, you can switch between high- and low-intensity light modes. The lamp head contains 18 LEDs arranged in a row to cast light evenly across your reading material. And it’s connected to the end of a long, flexible gooseneck that bends easily yet holds itself firmly in position, allowing you to dial in just the right distance and angle for optimal visibility of your sheet music, scores, and music books. With its squeeze-to-open mechanism, the base’s clip is simple to operate, enabling you to efficiently position the light on your music stand. The spring-loaded clip delivers plenty of strength for a secure and stable grip. Rubber padding on the clip protects the finish of your music stand while ensuring slip-free placement. In addition to its clip-on ability, the flat-bottomed base can also rest upright on a DJ table, piano, keyboard, mixing desk, or other surface. The light runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, and doesn’t require a power cord, an external power source, or battery changes.
