A: Call customer service and have your phone replaced. It might be faulty. Mine works with T-Mobile and AT&T - both GSM. I don't think it works with Sprint since they use CDMA network.
A: Hi, Yes it has apps like : file manager, community, weather and open plus switch. This last you can uninstall. Rest I think is not able to be removed. To sum up, you receive some but not too many like in Samsung.
Q: Is this model compatible with sprint network?
A: No. This is different from the OnePlus 8T+ that T-Mobile / Sprint sells in a minimal way, but Sprint DOES NOT allow the OnePlus 8T to be activated even if it is unlocked. You MIGHT be able to get it whitelisted if you can reach a human customer support representative, but most will just check your MEID or IMEI and say it's not possible - that's IF you can get around sprint's automated system that keeps volleying you everywhere except to a human.
A: The phone does NOT have an option to install additional storage via a Micro SD card. The SIM tray supports dual SIM's if you need that feature for international travel.
A: Open the phone dialer and enter *#06# it shows the IMEI's for the phone and that is all you need for compability check! This phone is a dual sim phone! There are 2 IMEI's on this model!
Q: Does this phone work with tracfone?
A: I believe that TracFone is the Parent Company of Straight Talk. I have had 3 OnePlus phones that have double sim card availability. I use Straight talk exclusively and am able to have TWO SEPARATE phone lines with TWO SEPARATE answering systems in one phone.
Q: Does mint mobile support this phone's 5G?
A: yes mint mobile does provide service to all unlocked 5g phones and yes my oneplus 8t functions on 5g tech but i am not astute enough to speak in detail about all functionality ...,,,thank you Best Buy for carrying the best phone to touch my hands since my 7 Pro
