This is one of the absolute best phones running android and its not the latest handset from OnePlus. I can hardly put this thing down. It is just that good. Its fast, fluid,powerful,very smooth, and has a top notch build. The screen is stunning,and battery life is very good. It's 65w charger is not kidding. It charges very fast. This device has changed my view about OnePlus, and I'm now set on the latest device from OnePlus, the OnePlus 9 Pro.

I am so sad because when I opened the box of this phone I LOVED it. However, although the disclaimer is that it works for AT&T prepaid... it does not. I was on the phone with AT&T trying to set up this phone; but, then was informed by AT&T that the OnePlus 8T will NOT work with AT&T prepaid. Bummer! Not sure if Best Buy does a quality check with this; but, they really should.

Ordered a Oneplus 8T that was listed as open box excellent, Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging What I received was a poorly packaged phone tossed in on top of bubble wrap, with an Apple 20 watt charger. The phone itself appeared to be in excellent condition, but the 20 watt charger instead of the 65 watt charger that was supposed to come with the phone wasn't ok. I spent about an hour on the phone with Best Buy customer service and my only recourse is to return it, or take it to my local store hoping they will be will to provide the correct charger. My local store doesn't have any in stock, and the closest store with a similar open box excellent phone is an hour away. Very disappointing experience from Best Buy

This phone is absolutely fantastic in every way. It is such a powerhouse, and for the price of $549, I cannot think of any other phone that comes close to the raw power of this thing. Pros: + 120Hz smooth display + Snapdragon 865 is super fast + 65W charging is NUTS (1% - 100% in 36 min) + Very good cameras + Fantastic box and packaging + Aquamarine color is beautiful + 256GB storage and 12GB ram will last a long time + Battery life is spectacular (with 120Hz constantly on, lasts about 3 days under normal use) + Software is super smooth and clean + Stupidly good value + Alert slider is extremely convenient Cons: - No wireless charging - No dongle for 3.5mm headphones included Overall, this is a top-tier phone that can do it all (minus wireless charging). Super fast, great battery life, insanely fast charging, nice cameras, and a dope price. Definitely, a must-buy!

Flagship quality and specs but at an affordable price. OnePlus makes great phones, and this phone is a great continuation of their phones. Pros: -Speedy processor -Beautiful display -Fingerprint reader works fast and is 99.99% accurate -Warp charging is a godsend and is so fast -Google Assistant performs beautifully -Calls are crystal clear -5G is more hit than a miss -Generous amount of storage -Color is beautiful -Battery life is pretty impressive, depending on what you do Cons: -Cameras aren't the best -Lack of wireless charging is a bummer -Screen protectors can be hard to find -Runs very hot when charging -Some apps do not send notifications, despite having them turned on -Punch hole camera on left is annoying This phone has far more to love than to despise. I bought this for my roommate, and he absolutely loves it.

I have this phone for 2 years now and it's been great, it's been useful in many ways. Great for watching movies or playing videogames and the speakers are nice and loud, everyone is usually surprised at how well the speakers are on this phone. Also that dual sim is useful when having a business phone number and personal phone number. Would definitely recommend OnePlus. Back camera amazing, the front one isn't but hopefully the newer models are better.

Love this absolutely incredible phone. The performance is great. Snapdragon 865 and 12 GB of RAM made this unparallel on the price. No task ever is slowing down. The 120 Hz screen feels so smooth. Battery life is good, and love the excellent charging speed. The camera takes good pictures. This offers a true flagship experience.

Pretty good all around. I've owned this phone for about 9 months and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The warp charging is very quick. Even if you didn't charge the night before just pop it on charge when you wake up and in 15-20 minutes you got enough to last you all day. About 35 minutes to full charge. The 12 gigs of ram and 256 gigs of storage are quite nice to have. I no longer need to worry about running out of space. The 120hz screen is very smooth. There's not really any down sides with this thing other than that it doesn't have an audio jack but that's not really an issue for me I use Bluetooth earbuds. Overall my experience has been a 10/10. Would recommend to anyone.

All round excellent quality. I've had the OnePlus One and OnePlus 6 in the past, and this was the perfect upgrade. I use the phone quite extensively, especially the camera. The battery life has been great so far, and though it does slow down after a couple of years, it feels proportional to the amount of use it sees. The high RAM capacity makes the user interface smooth and seamless. I store a ton of files on my phone, and there's still a lot of capacity left. If you're looking for a camera with superior camera/image quality, you're better off getting an Apple or a Sony. This one takes decent pictures, but image quality starts to suffer when you zoom past 3x, and color in the images start to get a bit funky. Basically, not the worst quality, but not the best either.

This is by far the best flagship killer I've used. This is the best phone for the money. Top end specs, great camera, 2 day battery life with heavy usage. You top that off with the included Warp Charger and you got a $1000 phone for $599. Best phone money can buy.

Only have had the phone for a few days but so far I love it. Yes, it doesn't have a jack for headphones but I don't use it, my car has Bluetooth. Yes, it doesn't have for an SD card, but with 256GB internal memory, it is unnecessary. As for the battery life, I do believe they could've done a bit better (though I do game on it a lot). It charges in lighting time so it doesn't bother me as much. Pictures and video are great, runs SUPER fast. I play Rise of Kingdoms on my phone and I am able to move from one account to another faster than with any phone I've had. No drop calls, I will update review in a few months if anything changes.

great tech for the price . One plus has been one of my favorite brands. tho they have been increasing their prices to match other big names . this is a great deal considering the specs it provides . great screen( size and color range). charges very quick, (under 20mins for a fun charge) in screen finger print is nice and works well even a lot of use . strong glass, never had to replace unlike my older model.
