Q: Why is this advertised as assembled when the reviews say it is not?
A: My answer is I was surprised also it arrived unassembled. Hopefully BESTBUY WILL CORRECT that error. Yes it took longer than I thought to put together, but end results is I'm satisfied with the product.

A: The height from the floor is approximately 25.5 inches. I'm 5' 4" and it's very comfortable for me.
Q: can this be delivered assembled?
A: I hoped it would be. It was so damaged I couldn't tell.
