This thing is awesome!! I had gift cards saved up and caught this on sale. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I think I paid $6 out of pocket. We’ve made a lot pizza on this. Over the 4th of July with 15 family members together we set up a pizza bar, it was a major hit. The pizzas take longer to make than to bake, it’s like 90 seconds. Just remember to rotate to prevent burns, also I’ve had luck having the heat cranked between pizzas and lowering it down a little when I’m actually cooking. The top gets done but would be kind of doughy ln the middle. This method would help cook the dough!

Delicious pizza at home! This oven is awesome. Super easy to use and will definitely save us money over ordering pizza on the weekends. We have friends over to try it and their minds are blown that we have gourmet restaurant quality pizza any time we want.

Fully lives up to the hype for pizza—you can’t beat the results of the high heat the Ooni reaches (quickly at that). The only downside, while not at all a fault of the oven, is that it takes up a fair amount of space for a mostly single-purpose tool. If you have the room, and plan to make pizza even semi-regularly, it’s well worth the money.

We LOVE our Ooni ! My ordered the part to connect it directly to our gas line. It heats up in 3-5 minutes, depending on the outside temperature. We have a large glass/ screen patio and we have it in there along with our grill. I remake pizza dough ( 8 pizzas) using the ooni recipe site. I make the ooni recipe for sauce ( double it) and store it in soup cubes containers. **make sure to use fresh mozzarella— it makes a huge difference** We made a great pizza right from the start . My husband said it’s the best purchase we have ever made.

After doing some research including via Consumer Reports, I decided on the Ooni pizza oven to get for my wife for Christmas. I bought the package that included the turning peel and cover. We have used it once so far and the pizzas turned out well. We are going to have to practice to get the temperature, crust thickness, and such just right to get the best pizzas but we like it so far! Suggestion: don't turn it all the way up on your first attempt as it will cook quickly.

My husband loves this gift. He makes his own pizza dough and his pizzas are amazing. The oven heats up quickly and pizzas are done in about 60 seconds. The insulation is amazing, The outside of the oven remains cool to the touch. It’s made pizza night so much quicker, we no longer heat the entire house with the oven on for hours at a time. Pizza night is now weekly. In fact we’re having a pizza party tomorrow. My husband keeps showing off his gift. It was a pricey gift, but worth every penny.

I got this during a Memorial Day sale, and it was 20% off; I believe there is also an annual Black Friday sale on all things Ooni as well, so I recommend waiting for one of those sales to get a good price on the oven on the Best Buy website or on Ooni. I’ve used this a few times already, and it makes great neopolitan style pizza! Make sure you use the ultra low setting when your pizza goes in so you give enough time for the bottom crust to cook and get crunchy (YouTube this to find this hack).

I have wanted one of these for awhile. This Koda16 did not disappoint. First pizzas were just great. Absolutely watch how to video’s from Ooni. Techniques you learn in videos are key. Very pleased great addition to our outdoor cooking.

Easy sest up and family loves the pizza made with this oven! Pizza cooks within minutes of placing it in the oven. Could have used a wooden peel to launch the pizza, or been advised that you need one. But thats my only complaint since i never cooled pizza before. Great product for the price.

I really like to use it as a salamander. Killer for fish, shrimp, scallops or blackening steaks. Real fun

Love the ooni Koda 16. There's a bit of a learning curve cooking with it and getting the pizza off the peel but overall a great purchase.

GOOD OVEN, STILL PRACTICING WITH IT, PIZZAS DONE FAST!

This was the worst purchase I have made in over 20 years of shopping and being a customer. After that purchase I learned one thing the hard way. I tried to return this product after 17 days, best buy did not accept it, claiming that the deadline was 14 days. This oven is crap, instead of baking the pizza it burns the edge of the pizza. Since I wasn't able to return the oven it doesn't bake, but burns the edges. I ask best buy a question what am I going to do with this oven that doesn't do its job

This thing is awesome. Very well made, very high quality. Easy to use and clean. It gets very hot and can cook a neopolitan style pizza in about 60-90 seconds. Turn the flames way down to cook a NY style crust (with sugar and oil in it) in about 4-6 minutes. I love this thing.
