It puts out a fair amount but it will say it needs to be refilled when its almost full. The tank cap is cracked also...

Finally a unit that holds more water than specified. Easy to operate and to refill. Not much cleaning needed except the wicker filter needs some rinsing or to be replaced. This unit helps warm up the room and moistens the air just right. It lasts about 2 hights or 16 hours or less.

I like it. It's quiet and the adjustable output of heated water is enough to make a difference. When it's working, I can set the thermostat down and it feels about ten degrees warmer because of the increased humidity. With the winter weather we have been having, my sinuses were inflamed and suffering, making me more apt to get a virus. So the humidifier is for health reasons and comfort. I usually only fill it up to two gallons so it's easier to lift. It works better than the kind that cause a lot of calcium deposits that are essentially steamers and you can hear the boiling water. The filter lessens deposits and protects the heating element and makes it run more quietly. Still important to read the instruction booklet and clean and do proper maintenance on it to extend its life.

Unit would turn it self off for no reason, tank fit was unforgiving, you must align perfectly to engage safety switch. Unit would turn off anytime, shaking or squeezing unit may turn it back on sometimes. When it worked it did a good job, but overall it's not worth it.

This is an okay product. I like the size of the water reservoir, and the unit seems to produce a proper amount of steam. My biggest issue is how the water reservoir fits into the base. For some reason the low water indicator light remains on even when you've just refilled the water. Something in the base or somewhere on the unit is not registering that the water has been replaced and the reservoir is back in place. I end up banging things around trying to get whatever is out of whack to work. Eventually I do, but eventually I'll probably break it trying to get that light to turn off.

Love this humidifier, it is very quiet, does not leak like I read in a few other reviews and has adjustable humidifier level. Very happy with purchase as well as ship-to-home delivery.

I had to replace a humidifier and searched for one that wasn't to expensive or too cheap. This one wasn't the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for. This one usually gets filled every day and a half. It puts out a nice amount of mist and is very adjustable. I haven't taken it down yet but seems like easy to maintain. I'm sure it will last for several years.

I would have given five stars; however, it seems like the heating element and accompanying absorption sleeve develop calcium, which is a pain to remove. Other than that, if you don't mind cleaning all the mineral buildup every time the water tank needs refilling, the product does its job.

like this one as the water res is larger and it goes a long ways without filling

Very sensitive. If it is not balanced, it does not work. Thus not easy to move or on the carpets.

Great product that works well for the price. Water tank is a great size and I use it often in my kitchen. Would recommend.

We were bouncing back and forth trying to figure out whether to get a cool mist or warm mist vaporizer and finally just went with the warm to give it a try. I can say we are very happy with our choice. It works great and is super quiet. Im sure it will cost a little more to operate than a cool mist but it is so much quieter that I dont mind. super product

Easy to use and clean. Adds moisture back into air on those dry winter nights.

I was so disappointed that the base was cracked on this product. I originally got it for my geriatric dog. I returned it and I just picked up a Vic brand at Walmart.

It gets really dry in the winter. I was tired of the static electricity in my hair after taking off a sweater or hoodie and shocking everyone. This unit took care of that, at least in the 10x11 room I'm using it in. I also got it hoping it would help my senior cat with mild asthma (he does that wheezing maybe once or twice a year for like half a minute) and I *think* so far so good. He's only had a fit once while owning this unit and that was when it was turned off because it was empty. I've also never woken up with a dry or sore throat since using it which tends to happen in the winter with the heater on. I have to refill it everyday on high settings, but it can last a few days on low settings without needing to be refilled. And it's super easy to refill in the kitchen sink. After a month of daily use, I haven't had to clean it yet even though we have hard water. I'm keeping an eye out for when I need to replace the filter, but so far good.

Horrible!! Twiced after I shut the unit off in the morning, all the water leaked out over dresser and floor. Being returned

The one I received must have been defective. The unit would switch off with the slightest motion anywhere near it or when the water would get about half full. I did Return this item.
