Q: Do know what size of screen for this projector
A: It can be either full screen or wide screen and the size range is 28 to 304 inches.
A: If you wish to watch 3D movies, you would need compatible 3D glasses to do so. You can watch non-3D movies on it, which would not require you to wear 3D glasses.
Q: What this projector be good for outside movies
A: Yes. I bought it specifically for outdoor movies and the picture is great!
A: this is not a short throw projector, which often works best for coffee table applications. But sure you can do that, depending on where your screen/wall is. Short throw projector cost more than entry level SVGA products.
Q: Can the remote be used to advance slides in a PowerPoint presentation? If so, how? Thanks.

A: yes for sure. Given that this projector is SVGA (which is why the price point is so low), you will not get great resolution. But fine for general PPT slides and text as long as your screen is not super large. While it depends on your outputs for the laptop, yes it will work with a adapter. I just realized this question is like 5 months old, hope it is still relevant. Optoma is good manufacture with strong reviews and ratings on most of their projection solutions across the internet.
