Orbital - Monsters Exist - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

2018 , the first new album in five years from the British electronic outfit and one even fans wondered if they'd ever hear. Monsters Exist is a more classically structured Orbital album than their previous Wonky, drawing inspiration from the international political landscape all the way back from Paul and Phil's pre-rave squat-punk roots right up to the volatile tensions and erratic rhetoric of today. Orbital consists of brothers Phil and Paul Hartnoll. The band's name is taken from Greater London's orbital motorway, the M25, which was central to the early rave scene and party network in the South East during the early days of acid house. Album Tracks 1. Monsters Exist 2. Hoo Hoo Ha Ha 3. The Raid 4. P.H.U.K 5. Tiny Foldable Cities 6. Buried Deep Within 7. Vision One 8. The End Is Nigh 9. There Will Come a Time

Inspired by the idea of 'music of the spheres' and the interaction between space and men, the album reflects Sumino's multi-faceted artistry and melts old and new music into one unique listening experience. The album includes an intriguing variety of music recorded on concert grant and upright piano and ranges from Baroque to Romanticism (Bach, Purcell, Chopin, Ravel, Debussy); includes iconic film and contemporary composers such as Hans Zimmer and Ryuichi Sakamoto, plus Hayato's own arrangements of popular works such as Ravel's InchBoleroInch and Mozart's InchTwinkle, Twinkle, Little Star. Five of Hayato's own unique compositions appear, including melodic and relaxing solo piano tracks, perfect for streaming and playlisting. InchHuman UniverseInch musically explores the idea of InchMusic of the SpheresInch, a concept that traces back to the ancient Greeks, who believed that celestial bodies in the universe emitted sound bringing music and harmony.

Deluxe two CD edition. Originally released on September 30, 1991, Orbital's eponymous debut album became known as The Green Album to distinguish it from their second album (known as The Brown Album).
