[Employee of bestbuy] Cool plush, bro got pretty big ears but he chill tho.

As the title says, this only has the plush. In smaller print on the front of the box there is wording that states "[Code] Provided on receipt at point of sale." Contacting Best Buy support is a long and cumbersome process and right now I may or may not receive a code. Caveat emptor!

The packaging states you will get a 25 digit code on the receipt to enable the digital download of the game. It doesn't and the cashier has no ability or knowledge to assist. Required calling Best Buy support and having another agent who didn't have answers forward the request to another department and then in a couple of days an email arrives with the code. My 6 year old lacks the patience for all that, I lack the desire to do it. Poor product distribution process. Once the game was downloaded my daughter enjoyed it and the plushie was nice and decently made. The whole getting the product process is the only problem.

The lack of a physical game is not ideal, but this is one of the best games on Xbox. The plushie is so cute, it's a great package overall.

Game is amazing. Plush is cute. Do not leave store if code is not in receipt. These are known to not always generate the game code and it is up to the store computer to generate said code. (Or instant via online purchase) If the code does not come it will take several calls to make sure you get it and can be a hassle. Excellent purchase (just make sure you actually get it)

It is a hurdle to jump through to actually get the digital code, but the game itself is great if you like Metroidvania type games. The plush was surprisingly quality. The hands can magnetically close, but it's not enough to hang it up somewhere by just its hands. The tail is bendable and the legs and arms kinda swivel.

It was just as adorable as I expected and surprising. It has a couple of features like magnetic hands and movable legs that I wasn't expecting but love nonetheless. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great customer service from Best Buy when my game was having issues. It was resolved, and I'm happy with the outcome. It's a fun and cute game.

Absolutely terrible decision to purchase this game. It is a digital game, which means a code needs to be provided to you when purchasing. First, Best Buy never provided the code, which means I had to call Microsoft to get the code. The process of calling Microsoft was terrible at best. Second, I had to wait up to 5 days to receive the code, which promptly arrived on the 4th day of waiting. Lastly, I had a horrible time trying to get the game to download and installed onto the Xbox system. After the game was installed my daughter found the actual game play to be very boring and for the graphics to be mediocre at best. I would avoid this at all costs.
