Chair was missing threads so arm & back couldn’t be installed. Manufacturer promised to resolve, they never shipped replacement parts. Chair only extends to 17.5” not 19.8 as advertised. Returned to BBY and bout an office Star brand.

This is a quality chair. Easy to put together. The arms can be folded up, allowing easier access to get out. The seat is decently comfortable. My only gripe with it, is that it does not recline at all. For some reason, I imagined it did.

I set up my home office in April of 2020 and wanted an office chair in order to use part of my dining room table for computer space. I chose this chair due to the price and color. It is a little shorter than I expected, but I love how the arms swing up out of the way, or can be put down if desired. A good relatively inexpensive choice for an adjustable chair. Easy to assemble, and comfortable.

I didn't like the way the back piece bolted to the support frame. I was expecting a snug fit, but after tightening all the way, there is a gap that I think looks awkward. It operates well though. I like the ability of the arms to fold up so the chair can rest closer to the desk when not in use.

The chair is very comfortable once put together. Two issues were that the height is a bit shorter than most office chairs (we fixed this by buying new casters which roll better anyway, got Rollerblade type wheels to add 1.5 inches to the height) If your desk is higher you will notice the height. The other issue was in assembly, the molding was a bit off so getting everything lined up took a little finessing. Once it was together it is a great chair though.
