This chair lasted less than two years before the screw snapped with half the screw stuck in the seat. I tried to contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim and it took them four months to send replacement screws, which did not actually solve the problem. The manufacturer refused to send a replacement seat. Avoid this at all costs.

I am very pleased with this desk chair. It was delivered in a timely manner and problem free. Assembly of lt took only a few minutes. It is comfortable and appears to be sturdy and of good quality. I am planning to purchase another for my wife.

Weaker back support and smaller seat size than expected. Cushion feels like it'll become uselessly flat after maybe a year's worth of use. Bit more of a hassle than other chairs I've put together because of how the mounting plate interacts with the screws underneath. Two screws go into the metal plate, two screws go into the seat cushion itself which makes the angle awkward and feel insecure at first.

Decent chair if you get it on sale. The pneumatic cylinder acted up after a few days. It would slowly sink to the floor. I contacted the company through email for replacement parts and they did not respond. So I took it apart and removed the orange actuator on top of the cylinder that adjusts the cylinder. Leaving it always in the high position. This fixed the problem. Then after about 10 days the company reached out to me. They are sending a replacement cylinder. .

Nice, sturdy task chair that fits within the dimensions of our compact student desk. Having an Allen wrench is needed to assemble.
