This chair lasted less than two years before the screw snapped with half the screw stuck in the seat. I tried to contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim and it took them four months to send replacement screws, which did not actually solve the problem. The manufacturer refused to send a replacement seat. Avoid this at all costs.

I am very pleased with this desk chair. It was delivered in a timely manner and problem free. Assembly of lt took only a few minutes. It is comfortable and appears to be sturdy and of good quality. I am planning to purchase another for my wife.

Weaker back support and smaller seat size than expected. Cushion feels like it'll become uselessly flat after maybe a year's worth of use. Bit more of a hassle than other chairs I've put together because of how the mounting plate interacts with the screws underneath. Two screws go into the metal plate, two screws go into the seat cushion itself which makes the angle awkward and feel insecure at first.

Decent chair if you get it on sale. The pneumatic cylinder acted up after a few days. It would slowly sink to the floor. I contacted the company through email for replacement parts and they did not respond. So I took it apart and removed the orange actuator on top of the cylinder that adjusts the cylinder. Leaving it always in the high position. This fixed the problem. Then after about 10 days the company reached out to me. They are sending a replacement cylinder. .

Nice, sturdy task chair that fits within the dimensions of our compact student desk. Having an Allen wrench is needed to assemble.

Perfect size for small office, very comfortable. It was easy to assemble.

Good chair just wish the back was adjustable. But overall good for the price and pretty comfortable.

Nice chair it was easy to put together and comfortable

Its more comfortable than what I've been using so I'll be thankful for that. Arm rest will be the next office chair I purchased.

This chair is sturdy and high quality fornthe price. A bargain for what we got.

I was surprised by the good quality of the chair. I have no complaints at all. Good value for the price

Starting with the description on the website, this was just what we were looking for. Good quality sound and simple to install. Nice looking too. We had purchased a similar item at Staples, which was junk so we were particularly satisfied with this.

Bought this chair for my teenage son and he loves! I have a small area for his desk and this chair fits the space in his room. Price isn’t bad either!!

Good sturdy chair, still in use after 2+ years (I'm a student so I use it a lot)

I needed a computer chair for my office space very comfortable, love it

Great quality and price. Easy to setup comfortable and fairly quick delivery.

This chair is easy to put together and well worth the price

Not bad for an inexpensive chair. Does what it needs to, no complaints.

Purchased for my 13 year old granddaughter. She loves the color and it is a sturdy task chair. Great chair for the money.

My son broke a wheel about two weeks in, but he breaks everything so Maybe it’s just him also too small for a large adult
