Q: Is it a true taupe? It looks more grey in the photo.
A: You are very correct it’s more grey to me as well. I have small kids so I wanted something dark and it’s perfect. I would’ve imagined taupe to be much lighter but I figured it was more grey in the picture to begin with and took a gamble but am very satisfied.
Q: Can Best Buy assemble it ? And if so how much ?
A: I'm unsure if they can assemble it, but I bought this couch last year and all the tools and hardware were included and it took my wife and I 20 minutes following the instructions to put it together. Great quality couch and easy to assemble. Hope that helps.
Q: Is the chase lounge reversible?
A: Yes. The lounge is easily reversible. It's a long pillow over an ottoman like piece that can be moved to either side.
A: I purchase a couch cover that lays on top and cut then sew for lounge part. It works pretty good.
Q: Are all cushions detatched so they can be flipped?
A: Yes. Cushions are detached and can be flipped.
