    So far so good

    Bought this one as all the reviews were exceptional. The manual doesn't have a good detailed description on how to operate the machine, couldn't even find a YouTube video. The bags that come with it are not very wide but still useable; it can accomodate wider. I've only used it once so far and it was ok. I had it on a kitchen towel, so probably hindered the suction a bit. Kind of loud but again works well.

    Learning curve

    The product works. Taken your time with instructions because they are not instructional but more informative. Operating the machine is the only way to truly understanding how to operate. Once you work with it it's fantastic. Figuring out the sizes to cut bags and steps needed result in successfully packaging your item will take some time. It works very well and worth the effort.

    Broken within 60 days, NO customer support

    The locks that hold the top down are made of cheap plastic and broke, rendering this product s giant frustrating expensive paperweight. I have attempted to contact the manufacturer multiple times through multiple channels for a warranty fix, and have received nothing at all in response. Buyer beware!!
