This popcorn popper heats up well enough but then shoots popcorn and unpopped kernels projectile-style into the bowl and surrounding area. It can work if you carefully drape a towel to keep the kernels from shooting out the sides, but even then, only about 65% of the kernels pop. I will be returning mine.

Extremely small. Mine arrived missing the top piece of acrylic. It was useless. Took it back to Best Buy for credit. Bought one larger elsewhere.

I used this popper exactly twice. During the second use, a huge crack developed on the bottom. Despite attempts to get a refund, BestBuy kept handing off that responsibility to the manufacturer, who conveniently had a non-working number. Hours were necessary to deal with this situation. Still wanna buy this popper?

Parts were missing had to return the item, this was a third party seller not Best Buy
