I’ve never gone wrong when choosing otterbox for my device’s protection. My lady likes the colorful ones but ultimately they are strong, sleek and dependable. The cases have saved my devices from hard falls many times over, worth the extra cost.

I’ve consistently chosen Otterbox cases for all my tablets and smartphones over the years because of their superior quality, thoughtful design, and reliable protection. Unfortunately, this is the first Otterbox product that has fallen significantly short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this case for iPad Air M2/M3 owners. Cons: Flawed Pencil Holder Design: The built-in Apple Pencil holder is unnecessary and poorly executed. The thin plastic swing-out door creates a weak point in the case. I never used the pencil holder, always keeping the door shut, yet the hinge still broke from normal daily use—simply picking up the iPad on the right side, as most right-handed users would. Now the door no longer stays in place and feels extremely fragile, compromising the protection Otterbox is known for. Inferior Build Compared to Previous Models: This snap-on case is a step down from the older Defender series. The kickstand design isn’t as convenient as the previous tray-style stand, which made docking and undocking much faster and easier. Poor Value: At a $90 price point, I expected better durability and design. There are more robust and practical options available on the market at a similar or lower cost. Pros: Slim and lightweight, which some may prefer—but at the expense of protection.

This product is truly a masterpiece. It’s durability and being friendly-user makes us parents confident that my toddler will enjoy using it while not compromising safety. Thanks to the BestBuy family for recommending this. If you have children, this one is the best gift to give them.

I was sold the wrong one to begin with and had to travel 45 miles to get the right one.

This is very well made and strong, the strongest iPad cover on the market. The downside to it is that it has a strong panel for the screen that has to be removed in order to use the iPad. This is quite a hassle.

I have been using the case for 4 months now. It’s incredibly durable and easy to use. The different angles and poses of the stand allow for comfortable use at a desk and table, on lap or bed! It’s not noticeably heavy, but does seem to take more space. That wasn’t an issue for me though. The only inconvenience is inability to use the camera.

I got the OtterBox Defender Series case for my iPad Air, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Fits perfectly snug around iPad!! Easy install and gives great protection from accidental drops!

This is a solid protector for your iPad. It feels sturdy and safe. The one issue is the solid face protector that clips on the front: getting it off is tricky, to the point where it feels like it might break to get it off. Because of that I don't often put it on, which makes me nervous about cracking the screen without it's protection.

Excellent otterbox case for ipad air (11-inch). Strong, durable, of high quality. A little bulky when using with the stand, but peace of mind that it will be very well protected. Really like that it comes with a protector that goes over the screen, it prevents dust and dirt from entering.

This case is BULKY! It is an Otterbox so I feel my iPad is safe but the size is noticeable. When shopping, I wanted a case that could stand up in landscape and portrait modes. Most cases were landscape support only. This fit my request although the stand can get tricky to close at times. The built in screen protector is nice to have. Only thing that is a slight annoyance is that the big plastic shell covers the rear camera. I don't use my iPad for a camera so it isn't a major issue but something I didn't factor in during purchase.

I immediately bought this Otterbox for my Apple Ipad Air. Amazing quality and well built. I have bought Otterbox in the past for my iPhone and it is built tough. It is brand I trust and highly recommend. If you worry about your iPad or iPhone being protected from drops and banging against something, this will not disappoint. Plus, it has rubberized case which helps with grip. It is little pricy but worth every penny.

This case seems pretty durable but the built in screen protector does not work well. We ripped it out and put on a zagg shield. Also, the kickstand gets stuck really easy and is pretty frustrating. It is overpriced for the problems but I like otterbox durability.

Solid case that does a great job protecting my ipad from me! I like the fact that it has a separate cover that can snap over the screen to protect it carrying the ipad in a backpack or bag. Its a bit overpriced though….

This case provides great protection without being overly bulky.

Well made case that offers good protection along with being compatible with the iPan Pencil.
