A: Hello! Our engineers removed the built-in screen protector from our Defender Series case to ensure complete functionality with the newest devices. Our Defender Series was redesigned in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector. The addition of one of our amazing screen protection options provides your phone with premium protection and outperforms our previous Defender Series designs.
A: The OtterBox Defender Series Pro case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max does include camera protection. It features raised edges around the camera and screen to help prevent scratches and damage, along with a rugged tri-layer design for drop defense. While it doesn’t have a separate cover over the camera lens, the raised edge design ensures the camera is protected when the phone is placed on flat surfaces.
