This is a perfect compact desk lamp for my workspace. It gets quite bright, is flexible, and is light enough to prop up on a shelf as well. The light is pretty "cool" - don't expect the warmth you'd get from an older halogen lamp. The perk, though, is that it doesn't get nearly as warm. The wireless charging works pretty well/consistently with my iPhone SE (2020). I like having the indicator light to know whether my phone is placed well enough to charge. My only complaint is the on/off/brightness button. It's a touch indicator, and I sometimes accidentally hit it when I go to grab my phone, resulting in me having to re-turn on the lamp or re-adjust the brightness. Far from the end of the world, just one minor annoyance. It would be nice if it were perhaps on the front of the base instead of right on top by the charging pad.

My desk has enough clutter. This item replaces a charger, wires, and desk lamp (provides enough light for computer work). Place phone across unit unit blue light comes on and stays on (works well with Galaxy s-10 overnight). This unit will (has been) getting constant use so I can't give it 5 stars right now. If it lasts more than a year it would be stars.

Simple. Basic. Small. Tap the power button to turn it on and adjust the brightness level. Don’t expect this to light your whole room unless you live a tiny room like Harry Potter. The wireless charging works wonder! I’m able to charge my iPhone and AirPods Pro. I like it!

I love that I've been able to consolidate lamp and charger, reducing clutter on the nightstand, but with my galaxy s20 it is tricky to land it on the charging pad so that it begins and continues charging. It will usually start the first time I place it, but seconds later the blue charging led on the lamp begins to blink, and I have to pick up the phone and set it back down. It sometimes takes 3 or 4 attempts to get it right. The light is nice, with ideal differences in brightness levels, and touch operation.

This is my third OTTLITE product. First desk lamp and the best part is that there is a QI phone charger in the base and it isn't as picky about phone placement as my other charging pad. Blue light stays on while phone is charging. Light only has 3 brightness settings instead of 4 like my larger lamps but they are "Clearsun" LEDs so you can choose the one that fits your reading situation. Just touch the circle on the base to pick one. Height adjusts from 6 to 15.5 inches. Base only needs about 4.5 by 6.25 inches for sitting on a desk or table. Unfortunately the oddly shaped plug takes up too much space in an outlet allowing only a regular cord to plug above it.
