OttLite - Shine LED Desk Lamp with Wireless Charging - Brown

I purchased this lamp after looking at several options for a small desk lamp. It's more than I expected. Nice long cord, bright light and soft, yellow light options and the neck is completely adjustable for directing the light exactly where it's needed. To switch on, off and change from bright to soft light, you just tap the power button. To adjust the brightness up and down, you hold the power button down. Took me awhile to figure that out. It also has a USB charging port that I haven't used yet, but it's a nice extra feature. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like this lamp. It is not overly big, and fits well on the cabinet that I use as a sofa end table. The light has three settings, 1) Low 2) A soft yellow light 3) High. You tap the power button 1-3 times to get to the setting. It also has a brighter/dimmer function, if you hold down your finger on the power button. It has a USB port in the back to charge your phone or iPad, as well as a wireless charger on the round base. It’s a tad tricky to find the sweet spot, but I find that true for all wireless charging pads. The light is easy on the eye, and does not throw off any significant heat at any setting. It’s a good product for this price. I am hopeful of its durability.

I needed to set up an office in my basement for video conferencing. After the first few days I realized it was too dark and I needed a desk lamp. The style of this OttLite caught my attention and then I realized it also has Qi charging! What a nice bonus! I received the lamp yesterday and couldn't wait to try it. Three different light modes with dimming! Wow! The Qi charging works perfectly with my Soundcore Liberty Pro 2 headphones. A ton of features packed into a simple lamp!

I like the different lighting temperatures and brightness options, as this can double as lighting when I’m on a video call. Wireless charger works great, but the capacitive touch control to turn the lamp on and over can be annoying to use if you’re not looking directly at it. I have a habit of tapping repeatedly, missing the button frequently.

I have used OttLite lamps for years for reading and desk work. This company appreciates that good indoor light is more than just a bulb under a lampshade. This desk lamp provides way more than light-on light-off. Produces 3 different light types, all adjustable to desired brightness. Settings are easy to change. Base fits nicely on a relatively small desk. The USB port and q-pad charger is a nice bonus.
