The product is great, BUT the onscreen clock can NOT be set without reverting back to the incorrect time. See pics. I could really use actual knobs instead of everything on screen. And the startup load time lags a lot. But your Geek Squad is absolutely the best. Terri and Mario went above and beyond. I have googled the product to try to find out how to fix the clock, but haven't had any success. And there are numerous YouTube videos offering a way to fix it, but nothing works. I'd love some feedback on this. Thank you

Pretty easy to install and remove, nothing fancy if you know what u are doing

I bought this item for my daughter scion last november. The pac died 3 months ago. This item is not covered under best buys total tech support plan.

The PAC Radio Replacement and Steering Wheel Control Interface worked exactly as advertised. Installation was straightforward, and it seamlessly integrated with my Toyota’s steering wheel controls. The interface is solid and reliable, and it made upgrading my car stereo a lot less stressful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep their steering wheel functions with a new head unit.

If you want to keep your steering wheel controls, volume and skips. Just keep in mind back up camera cable sold separately, doesn't not come with it. Make sure you have Audio professionals do the work. It took my shop a few hours these new cars are more complex not like the old ones all you need it was a radio.

Wasn't sure on this one. The lead technician did fix my radio. But he told me that he had to use a harness that he pulled out of his wifes old car. Yes my radio works now. Im happy about that. He asked for a cash payment that i will not list on here. Lets just say it was a much cheaper price then what i paid. When i told him i didn't have cash, he said well we are going to just have to ring this harness ( that he picked off a shelf) and you will have to pay that then. Probably going to be way more expensive. It was over $200 for the fix and the harness he rang up. Then he kept the harness equipment that he rang up at the register. I left confused & not sure what to do. I just decided well, the radio works. I'll let this one slide i guess....how can i put stars on for a harness review..???

Works perfectly for a 2003 Toyota 4RUNNER. Works with my new double Din and stearing wheel controls. A bit expensive but with it.

Includes everything needed to hookup to my '08 Tundra with JBL. Unlike another product I won't mention here, this includes everything you need. One connector doesn't want to stay connected, but once you get it in position and confirm it's in all the way, it shouldn't come back out. Retained steering wheel controls, and communicates with the radio unit. That's all I needed.

I purchased this in conjunction with a Sony Apple CarPlay in dash replacement unit for my 2006 Lexus RX 330. It makes the steering wheel controls functional for the in dash unit. The functionality is amazing and Best Buy did an impeccable job of installing it for me.

This was the only harness that worked on my Toyota corolla 2013. Worked 1st time. Only complaint lots of wires difficult to stuff into dash. A little pricey too. You will need to purchase antenna adaptor and usb adaptor which for the price should have been included with this harness.

purchased as part of required components of a new radio install for a Camry. Works b/c the original wiring harness does not need to be modified as this interface allows for plug n play.

Went to gether very smooth. Operates good through jbl factory amp and with steering wheel control.

Connection sometimes ops from Apple car play.. easy to maneuver and touch screen works well it’s been 2 years and now it’s completely dead , I’m not sure if it’s the wiring but it’s drained my car battery twice

Got this interface along with my recently purchased pioneer car receiver which made the install a breeze and got to keep my steering wheel controls everything is working as it should. Great buy.

I've installed stereos into 5 cars over the years. This new PAC interface makes installation and connecting simple. All the wires are easy to distinguish and steering wheel controls worked great the the first time.

My NAV receiver works great, so I would say that all of these parts for the installation of that receiver are working great.

PAC radio replacement and steering wheel control interface was easy to install and works very well.

Added an alpine ilx507 in my 2018 Tacoma.Needed metro interface so I could keep my steering wheel controls etc.had BestBuy geek squad do the very professional installation
