About this product

In 2011 four young men sat together, reflected their previous work and agreed, that the next album should be something special. It shouldn't only be the normal process of writing, playing and recording songs - no, they made a concept album, dealing with a pandemic. Well, well

Impaled - Dead Still Dead Remain - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

2013 from Death/Gore Metal band, a re-recording of their classic (and long out of print) debut album, the Dead Shall Dead Remain, from 2000. Impaled's debut album is still worshipped by fans and considered a classic album. However, there has been a problem for many years - it has been out of print and impossible to find, selling for outlandish prices on Ebay. Thus, the band decided to completely re-record their debut album with the original lineup giving this classic album the sound and production it deserves. The Dead Still Dead Remain sees Impaled painstakingly recreate their debut album from everything to the artwork to using the original lineup with the best recording and production possible.

Innumerable Forms - Pain Effulgence - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Pain Effulgence, the third album from Innumerable Forms sees founder Justin DeTore (Dream Unending, Sumerlands) and crew (who comprise of members from bands such as Iron Lung, Power Trip, Mammoth Grinder, and Genocide Pact) deliver their most powerful tectonic-shifting yet. Pain Effulgence sees IInnumerable Forms elevate the trajectory, initially brought forth with their Punishment In Flesh debut and 2022's Philosophical Collapse, to a new plateau of megalithic death/doom artistry. Old-school early '90s Finnish death metal coalescing with early '90s UK death / doom (i.e. old Paradise Lost and old Anathema) continues to be the blueprint upon which Innumerable Forms contrive their sound from and with Pain Effulgence, it continues to become that much more towering and imposing. Akin to feeling the weight of an immense ancient stone of granite being lowered upon you, overwhelming suffocating darkness and monumental mournful triumph, Pain Effulgence was produced by Arthur Rizk and features art by Katie Muller.
