Phone works fine. I'm just annoyed at Best Buy because the price posted under the phone was incorrect. The price of the phone when I got to check out was I've $20 more. Very deceptive and I don't appreciate it. Best Buy employees didn't even care when I told them about it.

I bought this for my father who is blind. One of the major features is announcing who is calling. This can be done either through caller ID or programmed contacts. I highly recommend this unit for the visually impaired. The sound quality is excellent. Range quit good as it can be used all throughout their house and through multiple walls from handset to base unit.

Purchased phones for my church. Setup was easy - insert battery, charge, set language, set date and time. Talk. Size and shape makes for easy handling. Reception is strong and clear. The church is very large (covers more than a half block) and the signal stays strong and constant no matter what part of the church you are in. The keys are large enough for big fingers, which helps eliminates bad key strokes. Voice call recognition helps you decide if you want to be disturbed. Great feature.

This phone is light weight and easy to use. I love the feature of the talking caller ID. Having 4 handsets was also a nice feature. I haven't had to use the block feature yet but it could come in handy. There is also a feaature to block any call that doesn't have a number as in telemarketers.

This phone is easy to use. No complicated instructions on how to set up your phone numbers. Great sound...no more crackling or fading in and out. The answering machine is also easy to use. I used to have a separate answering machine but love this all in one unit.

There is good reception even several rooms away from the receiver. I like the compact size. Special features such as Caller ID work well. The phones are a good value for the price.

I purchased this item to standardize the four phones that support my land line (Yes, I still have a land line!). The design is good . . . bright back-light on the display, large number keys. The sound quality is excellent and the phone announces who the incoming call is from . . . did not expect that feature. The sound quality on the two phones located in the basement is every bit as good as that on the two phones used on the main floor, which is a significant upgrade from the phones previously in place.

I think this is Avery good phone system. The sound is good. The phones are comfortable to hold. It was easy to set up. The battery life is great, so far.

Never have I had a multiple handset system, but I have no complaints with this one. It was easy to set up (I don't use the built-in answering machine,)and the handsets look nice and are easy to use. At first, I thought the audible caller I.D. was silly, but I've learned to rely on it. After a few months use, I must say that, so far, I am happy with my purchase.

I like the convenience of being able to place handsets throughout my home without having to plug into a phone outlet. The instructions that came with the unit are OK; for some reason, the web instructions seem better. Very lightweight, but haven't figured out how to set individual ringtones vs group yet. Outside this one issue, I'm happy with my purchase.

I like the fact that it has 4 handsets. Just wish I could make the volume louder. My Dad has a hard time hearing on it with it up all the way. The numbers and off/on buttons are hard to see. Very tiny, looked bigger on the box. Light weight and easy to install.

The setup was easy and the phones are stylish. It comes with a lot of features such as audio caller ID (which we turned off), speaker phone etc. One feature I really like is that this phone stores 100 numbers as compared to the 50 my other phones stored.

We had this exact same phone about 2 models ago for years and years and they all worked perfect until we finally wore out the batteries and they wouldn't hold a charge. We had them so long that we didn't want to spend the bucks for new batteries so we decided to buy current technology. After much research and comparisons we ended up buying the same phone with the latest greatest features. We have zero complaints. We use it for a walkie talkie around the property when we are working on things. We have a unit out in a stand alone work shop building, probably 60 to 70 feet from the base, and it works just as though it is the base.

Phones work great. All features are easy to use. We have a fairly big hose and the phones work well in the basement which is 2 floors away from the main unit. The ring is a little annoying is the only complaint

Installation was a breeze; however reading the manual will take SOME time in order for you to get through ALL of the features - so plan accordingly and allow yourself the time to start from the beginning of the book and get it ALL set up at one time. Putting things off until later only delays everything from working as they were designed to function and you won't be getting all the benefits from the system. I had to return as I had the wrong one and wanted the one that also linked my cell phone so I didn't have to be carrying that around 24/7 with me - so I have to start all over again Best Buy was WONDERFUL with the Return process. I recommend shopping at Best Buy -

I have been buying these type of Panasonic phones for myself and my parents for many years. I have always had great luck with their quality. This is a replacement set for my elderly mother. (Her last set still works fine, so she gave it to her elderly sister who is in an assisted living facility) Mom loves the large number pad and the intercom feature. The clarity is excellent, with the ability to adjust the volume. The footprint of each unit is quite small, including the base unit with the answering machine. As long as I have a landline, I will keep buying Panasonic.

This phone speaks the caller name clearly and shows the caller id very clearly. The answering machine is also clear. This phone is much smaller than our older, 7-year-old version that we replaced.
