I use this headlamp for running. I like the features of the headlamp, however, what I do not like is that it does not have infrared like my previous headlamp. The head strap can be challenging while running because it has had a tendency to loosen. I run in the DARK and this can be a problem. It may just be me but I just utilized a rubber band and that resolved the issue.
