About This Item

According to the motto InchNo filler, just killerInch Paradise Lost raised a lot of dust at the Bizarre Festival on 19th August 1995 in Cologne/Germany with bangers like InchEmbers FireInch, InchRemembranceInch or InchTrue BeliefInch.Paradise Lost's LIVE AT ROCKPALAST offers not only fans but also the members of the band the opportunity to refresh their memories. InchIn this hot stage of our career we never missed a party. It may sound stereotype, but my memories of the nineties are still suffering,Inch tells singer Nick Holmes a little bit grinning. InchWe were young, our fans were young. Everything was much more energetic on these days.InchWith their legendary performance, Holmes, guitarist Mackintosh, rhythm guitarist Aaron Aedy, bassist Steve Edmondson and drummer Lee Morris silenced all those sceptics who had criticised their position as the headliner of a crossover festival, which had such a strong line-up that evening with bands like Monster Magnet, NOFX, Kyuss, Spermbirds or Clawfinger. It was only because Paradise Lost, whose line-up - with the exception of various drummer changes - remained steady until 2019, played a dynamic and powerful set. InchIn the context of our music it may sound a little bit ironic. But I think the strongest bond in any relationship is the ability to laugh together about the same things. We've always done that and will never change that,Inch explains Nick Holmes. InchFurthermore, up to today, we still play music with unlimited passion, still take our music just as seriously and enjoying it as much as everInch. This Rockpalast from the 1995 Bizarre Festival is an almost timeless documentary in the history of this extraordinary band, which is still the subject of a fan cult. Album Tracks 1. Enchantment 2. Widow 3. Dying Freedom 4. Forever Failure 5. Shadowkings 6. Remembrance 7. Pity the Sadness 8. Sweetness 9. On

Deftones - Around the Fur - VINYL LP
    4.6(12)

Around the Fur the follow-up to Deftones' passionate, aggressive Adrenaline, sees the California quartet expanding on the sheer rage of their earlier work, adding new, more sinister shades to their already extreme sound. The opening InchMy Own Summer (Shove It),Inch serves as an introduction to the album's sonic theme sinewy guitars and eerie whispers alternate with fast, violent crunch. Sepultura's Max Cavallero contributes guitar and vocals to InchHeadup,Inch while InchMXInch finds singer Chino trading off vocal lines with Annalynn Cunningham, (wife of Deftones' drummer Abe) in an acerbic take on the rock star mentality. Vocal acrobat Moreno attacks a variety of styles his breathy, psychotic recitations sound downright industrial, while the album's calmer, more brooding moments show his gift for haunting melody. Behind him, guitarist Stephen Carpenter's heavy wall of sound is astoundingly muscular, yet inspiringly agile. When Deftones' hellish fury hits full tilt, as it always does on this album, Moreno's voice erupts into screams which are best described as otherworldly, transforming this intense musical firestorm into a hurtling juggernaut of aggression. This LP version comes pressed on 180 gram vinyl. Album Tracks 1. My Own Summer (Shove It) 2. Lhabia 3. Mascara 4. Around the Fur 5. Rickets 6. Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away) 7. Lotion 8. Dai the Flu 9. Headup 10. MX
