Paul McCartney - InchPaul Is LiveInch. Released in 1993, Paul Is Live was recorded during the New World Tour in support of his Off the Ground album. His fifth live album is famous for it's title's double meaning and the rumor-scotching cover art. Ever since the 1969 of Abbey Road, there had been hoax-fueled stories of Paul's untimely death. The artwork is a play on the famous Abbey Road cover, with Paul crossing that same street but wearing shoes and using his left hand (originally, his bare feet and cigarette in his right hand had supposedly been clues it wasn't him on the cover). In addition to solo, Wings and Beatles favorites, the album also offers an insight into the band's soundchecks with the final 3 songs being improvised during rehearsals on tour. 2019 Remaster. SHM-CD (Super High Material) featuring more clarity, depth and definition of sound. Includes miniature poster, inner-sleeve and booklet featuring Japanese translations of the lyrics. Limited Edition. Album Tracks 1. Drive My Car [Live in Kansas City] 2. Let Me Roll It [Live in Boulder] 3. Looking for Changes [Live in Kansas City] 4. Peace in the Neighbourhood [Live in Boulder] 5. Limited 180gm vinyl LP repressing. Ram is a studio album by Paul and Linda McCartney, released in May 1971 on Apple Records. The album was recorded amid Paul McCartney's legal action in the United Kingdom's High Court to dissolve the Beatles' partnership, following the band's break-up the year before. It is the only album credited to the couple. He and Linda recorded it in New York with guitarists David Spinozzaand Hugh McCracken, and future Wings drummer Denny Seiwell. It's coincided with a period of bitter acrimony between McCartney and his former bandmate John Lennon, who perceived verbal slights in the lyrics to songs such as InchToo Many PeopleInch. The album was a commercial success, topping the national albums charts in the UK, the Netherlands and Canada. Three singles were issued from Ram InchUncle Albert/Admiral HalseyInch, which was McCartney's first #1 hit in America as a solo artist, InchThe Back Seat of My CarInch and InchEat at HomeInch.
