Good cooling but make sure you have enough room.
Reliably keeping my AMD 5950X processor to around 51 degrees centigrade. It is huge and the 130mm fans are an odd size. I had to raise the front fan to clear my Aorus X570 motherboard's RAM and the raise the rear fan to clear the VRM cover at the back. It only required moving the fans 2mm upward so it actually still fits in my case. Improving case air flow would produce better results.
