Q: What's the size of the bag? Anyone know the dimensions?
A: Just watched a live stream, it's big enough to comfortable hold two 15" laptops inside with room for a couple books and what not.
Q: Can I preorder this in the store or do I have to do it online?
A: So far the delux edition is online only. But can be picked up in store
A: Should be. Most special editions have some form of packaging on them separate from their box art.
Q: Is the 89.99$ in USD? Will we be able to ship this to Canada?

A: It most likely won't. I got lucky and snagged the last one in my area two days after the games release and only because I happened to see it in the cage at a Best Buy I don't usually frequent. It sold through pretty quickly.
A: Any collectors edition or Special/ Limited edition is not meant to be available forever, just a tip but if you're into things like this just preorder or purchase online that way you can guarantee a copy for yourself and if you're waiting for positive/ negative reviews to make your decision you have to a week to pick it up and finalize the sale if not you get refunded no big loss.
