Petkit - Purobot Ultra Self-Cleaning AI Litter Box with Facial Recognition - White

Honestly not even sure why best buy carries the pet kit litter boxes. We've had 2 the X and now the ultra. Both horrible products. The ultra we have had now for a few months and let me tell you it's been nothing but trouble. They have a proprietary ring bag that you have to use. The machine is supposed to auto bag the cat poop and seal the bag. However after only have for a few months the bags stopped bagging. Customer Service is worthless I've sent multiple emails and videos verifying that their product doesn't work to them. Their solution put your hand in the cat poop bag and press it down with your hand.... if I don't do this the little box will not clean and my poor kitties poop right outside the box.....why would I press and cat poop bag myself when I paid $1000 for a little box. No support from petkit what so ever.

Wow, it’s been a few months, and this litter box is a total game-changer! My cat took to it like a duck to water, and cleaning it up is a piece of cake. I sadly didn’t realize the full potential of the AI feature, but the camera swivel was a lifesaver, especially when I wanted to peek in on my little guy. The cat safety mechanisms were also super impressive and well thought out. Just a heads-up: for kittens or small breeds, if they get too curious, they might sneak into the back trash area when the Petkit is in cycle and upside down. Luckily, the system stops everything to keep them safe. Before you buy, make sure to measure it well; it’s a bit bigger than I thought it would be. Updates I’d like to see: - Improved litter catching mechanism. - Step ladder included instead of a separate purchase. - Local storage for SD cards for longer views or archiving. - Larger litter area.

I will start with the only downsides to the PETKIT ULTRA is it is large and not inexpensive. Now to the good stuff. Lots of revording capabities througj the app with the premium option. You fo have 30 days to decide on your subscription options. To me definitely worth to premium package. The camera has motion sensing capabilities and night vision and night light. The drum has plenty of space. The opening is pretty low to the ground, so easy in and out. The wastebin is large and works as promised. Two different screens depending upon the litter you use. Lots of options for clumping and cleaning settings. I could go on and on as far as the amount of stetting options. So if you love your kitties and don’t want to worry about the while you are away the is the litter box for you. If you are on the fence buy it, I did. I also have Best Buy total plus membership. Which gave me 60 day return period, time enough to determine if you like it, as well as providing protection on it. I also chose to finance it on the Best Buy card. Definitely the the best automatic litter ox on the market.
