Great little tool. Always in my camera bag. The only thing that would make this a 5 is if they had a design where you didn't have to keep the compartment open int order to connect to your computer. Other than that, works well.

Review I was looking for a compact SD card solution that I could use across multiple devices, carry easily in my bag, and store cards securely, and I think I struck gold. The form factor is compact, and the rugged, rubberized outer case feels great in your hand and seems like it would handle short drops without any issue. Overall, the unit is very user-friendly and thoughtfully designed. The SD cards slide in and out of the storage slots smoothly, and the attached cable is very convenient and easy to manage. With both SD and microSD card readers built into one device, I'm honestly considering replacing my SanDisk 1TB SSD. That drive works fine, but it's not nearly as travel-friendly since it needs a bulky case just to keep track of the cable. What I love most about this device is how seamless it is to move between devices. I can go from laptop to desktop to tablet, and even to my phone, without any hassle. I also use a body camera that records to a microSD card, and being able to quickly pull context and footage from that card without hunting for adapters has been extremely useful. I'm an Apple user, and I was able to plug this directly into my iPhone 15 Pro Max while sitting in my vehicle to read and save video files from my dash cam's microSD card. That alone was a huge win for me. Overall, this device solves multiple problems I had when it comes to reading, managing, and storing multiple SD cards, and it does it in a clean, compact, and practical way.

I recently bought the PGYTECH Createmate CFexpress Type B Card Reader Case to organize and protect my memory cards and reader, and it has been excellent. The case feels very solid and well-built. The interior layout is thoughtfully designed, with dedicated slots that securely hold CFexpress Type B cards, SD cards, and the card reader. Everything stays in place during transport, and there's no risk of cards shifting around or getting damaged. The compact size makes it easy to carry in my camera bag without taking up much space, yet it still holds a useful number of cards. The zipper is smooth and seems durable enough for regular use, and the overall quality feels premium compared to cheaper generic cases. I appreciate having all my important cards and the reader in one place-no more digging around for loose memory cards when I'm heading out for a shoot. If you use CFexpress Type B cards and want a reliable way to store and protect them along with your card reader, this case is a great choice.

I've been let down by a handful of card readers to date. I use this thing just about every day for work. So far, this one has taken the abuse I've thrown at it and is still chugging along, knock on wood. The pigtail cable tucks in for easy storage and you don't have to worry about losing it, and is long enough to actually not be a hassle to use. Initially I was skeptical about how the cable would hold up, thinking it is the weak link in the scheme, but it has put up with twisting, flopping about, deploying, storing, redeploying, again and again. The versatility is there, it can do SD cards, microSD, and has places to store extra cards. Interface is USB-C for high speed data transfer. Plug it in, put in your card, it's easy. Mine came with a rubberized sleeve that makes it even more rugged, and when not in use, the reader slides back into it's own container for easy transport/storage. Nice. Good bang for buck.

Imagine an accessory that combines rugged protection, smart organization, and lightning-fast data transfers... all in one compact device: the CFexpress CreateMate from PGYTECH is just that. Made with an aluminum alloy core wrapped in shock-absorbing silicone, the CreateMate is splash-, dust-, and drop-resistant thanks to its IP54 certification. The internal case is surprisingly spacious: it can accommodate two CFexpress Type B cards, three SD cards, four microSD cards, and two nano-SIM cards, and even includes a handy retractable pin-even useful as an emergency screwdriver. The real ace in the hole? The integrated USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) reader: you can transfer files from CFexpress cards at a theoretical speed of up to 1000 MB/s, while SD cards can blaze through at up to 312 MB/s-a true powerhouse for editing workflows. In practice: click on a zip-like case, extract the module, plug it in-and copy-paste your files in a flash. It's plug-and-play, hot-swappable, and ready to use with PCs, Macs, USB-C tablets, or smartphones. A side note: you can't read SD and CFexpress cards at the same time-the reader prioritizes the CFexpress, and to read the SD card, you must first remove the CFexpress card In short: why you'll love it Premium protection: shockproof, dustproof, and splashproof. Smart organization: everything under control, even your SIM cards! Turbo speed: CFexpress and SD card transfers in a flash. Ingenious compactness: designed to always be on hand, with a handy carabiner. Perfect for professionals on the go: videographers, athletes, and photographers in action.

I absolutely love this product. I did a lot of research looking for a solid SD card holder. This one doesn't hold a ton of SD cards, but the functionality of it is fantastic. I love how I'm able to plug a card in, and then plug it into my computer. It's super easy. I also love how there are spots for micro SD cards as well. I usually use those with an adapter so it is very handy for me. One of my favorite things about this is the sleek look. It feels really nice in my hand and it fits well in my pocket. The rubber sleeve it comes with is also very handy if I'm exploring with my camera. The price is great for it being an SD card holder and being able to plug in to my computer. I would recommend highly for fellow photographers out there.
