I had this soundbar before, i bought from walmart but i had to return it because the subwoofer stopped working all the time. It sounded great when everything worked as it should. But it's annoying to hear the subwoofer on and off every minute. I gave the product another chance, i decided to get another one from bestbuy. I picked up today but the issue is still there. I'm gonna have to return this tomorrow. I know this is the cheapest dolby atmos soundbar on the market, but there's a reason for that. Better sound is the main reason we buy soundbar, this particular product has an issue. If you don't care about the subwoofer lost connection every few seconds, you should get this, no dolby atmos soundbar out there can beat this price.

I did a lot of research before buying this soundbar from Philips. Philips has been making high quality audio devices including soundbars for a long time and I think they really got it right with the PB603. The soundbar separates the channels really well and each channel sound great. The sound is crisp and clear. The wireless subwoofer works and sounds great. Just set it up and forget about it while it delivers booming bass without overpowering or sounding out of balance. It was a piece of cake to set up with my Yamaha receiver and direct to my tv through a single HDMI cable. ARC and CEC work perfectly. If you’re on the fence about getting this just do it. The sound is pretty amazing, everything works great, and it’s easy to set up.

I purchased this sound bar as a gift but decided to keep it after streaming music through my TV's speakers and having to turn up the volume past 20. After hooking it up and listening to music, I first noticed that at a level of 10 the volume was noticeably louder. But not only was it louder but the range from highs to lows (bass) was substantially clearer and better. The bass was the most notable difference. My first movie watching experience included the Expendables 3. The opening scene with the roaring of the train, helicopter blades whirling and the explosions were immersive. It was an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately I wasn't watching in Dolby Atmos as I was connected through Optical and not HDMI. I can't wait to hear what it sounds like once I connect through HDMI. I highly recommend this sound bar as a great value. It performs well and that was without listening in Dolby Atmos, which I can't wait to try.
