Easy to set up, and now I can have some of my IOT devices on the HUE rather than taking up my wireless router resources.

I like it but please send it with its original box and user manual I ordered, they didn't send me the user manual and the box was not its own box

Always works great. Love using Siri to control my lights.

I cannot believe we found this little tiny bridge for all the Philips hue product that I have because it acts as a center of control for everything I have from phillips so I cannot use them that well with all this product so it’s the perfect like captain kind of a position for my smart home.

I couldn’t get my refurbished hue bridge to properly work, the blue lights came on for a little while but it wasn’t controlling my sensor light. I’ve been playing around with it for weeks & now the lights don’t come on at all. What a waist…

Purchased the bridge refurbished and it doesn’t work out of the box. Only power light comes on and doesn’t connect to the network. Thanks for the waste of time and money

The whole system is great! I wish I’d been warned that I’ll need to be able to push the button easily. It has to be hidden away because Verizon installed our Fios in our closet?? I wasn’t totally thrilled that this had to be plugged directly into the router and needs its own power source, given the location of our dumb router. That’s all I really have to complain about, though. In general it was my least favorite thing to set up but mostly as a result the router location being inconvenient. It’s also required if you’re going to want a few hue lights/devices. I currently have 2 smart outlets, 4 smart bulbs, and 3 light bars and they’re all working perfectly. Everything was intuitive and easy to follow on the app. I wish I could simply sync the Hue app to my Google Home App rather than having to add each light individually into Google. I also do wish I didn’t need a separate app for Hue Sync for the TV. If our lights were ever not working it was only ever because this device needed to be restarted or plugged back in, so trouble shooting has been pretty minimal. Despite my random quarrels, we have no light switches in half our apartment and everything needed to be lamp-based. This system made up for that design flaw and then some. Now I can ask Google to turn off my lights and never stub my toe in the dark again.

This works great, i had to buy because i saw the commmercial for the Hue Gradient Lightstrip and pre ordered it immediately in September only to realize that I would need this and the Hue HDMI Sync Box to made the light strip match the display omn the tv. Well these are normally $50-$70 brand new and the HDMI Sync Boxes are $240 + tax and the Hue Gradient Light STrip was $240 + tax so I tried top save money wherever I could. This showed no signs of even being used and has worked peerfectly from day one. Unfortuneately the Gradient Light Strip which started all of this then had the US release date pushed back a month so here I had all of the equipment but no lights, so I then found opened play bars and then nHue GO portable lamps so now I am invested nearly $700 into my set up and two months later still have no Gradient light strip. But thankfully this works great and I get to have a light show around the room with my movies just not behind the tv yet. Ok rant over!

I've resisted upgrading an aging Hue hub for some time. I think the device is way overpriced for what it does. Fortunately I was able to buy an open box unit, which was a much more reasonable price. The main advantage of the v2 hub is that you can switch lights on and off based on sunrise and sunset times for your area. This was oddly missing in v1. Mine had to be reset a couple of times during setup, but that may be due to it being open-box. There were no issues once I got it set up.

Great deal through the refurbishing program! Discounted from the new price and works like new from the box!

I am happy that I decided to buy refurbished, not only did it save me $40 it works perfectly. I highly recommend when having the opportunity to purchase renewed or open items to do so. I only wish the warranty was as long as new or would have purchased a plan but that wasnt offered.

Needed a replacement for a dead sensor but didn’t like the price of a new one. This showed on the site and having purchased a refurbished item from BB before I decided the price was right and I trusted it would work. It does and I got a sensor that looks like a new one for about half price.

Refurbished made me nervous but since this was half the price of the regular I decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did! Works as it should with my two hue bulbs and my light strip! No dings or marks on it- definitely looks brand new! Very easy to set up.

We were already using the Philips Hue lights on Bluetooth, we purchased the hub to expand what we already had and had a heck of a time transitioning from Bluetooth to the Hub. Instructions to do this were not the easiest, and there is no real help in the App to do so. All I can imagine is that I missed a step... Now that the Hub is up and running, everything is working just fine. I see absolutely no difference in buying brand new vs. this refurbished bridge. I'd recommend it, just take your time setting it up

Pretty much essential for multiple Bluetooth hue lights in the Google Home ecosystem. Seems to fix most of the problems

We have had the Phillips Hue lights for sometime now and really enjoyed them. The Phillips Hue Bridge made it seamless to connect my phone and other devices to lighting in every room. Now I can just use my voice to control lights in every room.
