For exercises such as pull ups, muscle ups, dips, and many others that build upper body strength, Olympic gymnastics rings are so useful. These versatile rings are composed of strong, durable wood, they are thick, with a 9.25” diameter, and grip tape is part of the package. Each ring includes a 15-foot nylon strap set with heavy-duty adjustable metal buckle clamps. This allows you to adjust the length of each strap to your desired level. Additionally, these rings are very portable, and they are quite simple to set up, which means they can be used almost anywhere. For carrying and added portability, a carrying case is included.
