A birthday present for my son. I received it & installed it. It's a very nice receiver & works well. Then I started to set it up & found that contrary to the false advertising on the Best Buy website and even the listed reviews: This model DOES NOT have - Built-In Bluetooth - !!! Be aware! I called Best Buy & informed them. It's still listed on the site as having - Built-In Bluetooth - ! Check it out on the manufacturer's web site before you push the Purchase button!!!

Eazy to use/learn. Great colors. Everything is as described. Love it. But it does not come with a carrying case.

I purchased this radio online for my golf cart. It is advertised as a Bluetooth radio on the Best Buy website. I installed it but didn't really get a chance to check all the functions as we were leaving for a camping trip. Discovered issue but was told I was outside of return window. After showing inaccuracy on website to store manager, return was accepted.

While this radio is advertised as Bluetooth on the Best Buy website, it does not have that feature. I purchased it and installed it in my golf cart. I didn't use it until almost two weeks later on a trip. It was the first time I was going to try Bluetooth and found it does not have it. This was confirmed by Pioneer tech support. I then had trouble returning the radio as I was outside the "normal" return window. Only after getting the store manager involved and explaining it was their mistake did they accept the return.
