A: The wattage is 50W RMS and 320W at peak power.

A: I put these in the doors of my son's 2004 impala, they fit fine but I had to splice the wires because the wire harness was different than the easy connect harness that you can buy (2006) might be different. I also had to use self tapping screws to mount them because the holes didn't line up
