This is a very good laptop charger. Has two USB ports, good quality.

I have bought for my laptop and it's been working great so far.

The pins for the laptop cord are to brittle. Plugging, unplughing and wrapping cord for storage caused the pins in a second charger to break within 8 months. Stronger pins are needed for this TRAVEL charger. If pins didn't break, would give 5 star rating.

I left my laptop charger for my work computer at home & was 4 hours away. I had to make a company deadline & submit a project so I went in to best buy to find a charger....All of my coworkers said it was really difficult to find a charger as our computers are a bit out dated. The sales person helped me so much. He ended up having 2 chargers that were compatible and was able to tell me the features and benefits of each one. I bought the Platinum one and didn't realize how amazing it would be...it comes with multiple connector pieces making it super versatile....it literally charges all of my tech for work. It also says on the box that if the connector piece you need did not come with the set that they would mail you the one you need for free! I like the fact that the cord is longer than the original one that came with my laptop & it also seems to charge much faster. Super happy with my purchase & would definitely recommend this item & shopping at the Roseville, CA location.

I try to always carry an adapter and have been used to the size and weight of the traditional big block and separate cables. This item is really small, block-wise, and the block plugs directly into the wall. This allows a longer, simple cable to run from the wall to my computer. Streamlined and more function. Like it so much I bought two, one to keep at my office. The flexibility of tips appears to meet a wide variety of computers. One thing to be aware: I found a tip that fit, but it would not charge my laptop when I was using the laptop. On a fluke, that tip was accidentally broken. When I tried another that fit, it was actually the right tip and now charges my laptop whether being used or off/asleep.

The charger works well. I have not used it much. My original stays at worked and I keep this one in my bag. Its convenient, especially to have the USB ports so I now always have a wall charger for my phone. Very convenient to have 2 chargers. But, sometimes it is good to have the charger plug into the wall so I only have the cord going from the wall and other times it would better to have the cord plug into the outlet like when I am using a crowded power strip and there is no room for the charging unit.

When I originally bought this charger, I didn't think I was going to like it. But it has won my approbation, with one caveat. The cord is longer than the original one that came with my laptop (which my dog chewed through!). It has two USB ports on the base which allows me to plug in my cell phone. And it charges fast! The only problem (here's the caveat): the base is at the end of the charger which means if you are not sitting close to it, you cannot charge your cell phone with the phone sitting next to you. The upside is, you can unplug the base from the cord and use it to charge other electronics! A great choice for a charger.

My dog chewed my initial laptop charger. Therefore I had to go out and find a universal one. This universal charger comes with an adapter for a majority of all laptops. So not only can I charge my laptop, my friends can charge their laptops to so long as I have my adapters. I purchased a open box charger at a discounted rate. Works beautifully. This charger saved my butt while I was on travel and had forgot my work laptops charger! Plus it has the cool feature of two USB charging ports attached to it in a very small profile. I love it so much so, that I don’t even use the actual laptop charger that came with my work laptop, and I use this one instead. Plus I can use it for my other personal laptop too

I purchased this as a travel adapter for my HP Envy Convertible 15" screen. It is compact, has a great length cord, and allows me to use my laptop when the battery is dead. However, it does not charge the battery if I am using the laptop. If I turn it off or put it in sleep mode, there is enough power to charge the battery. Makes it functional, but sometimes trapped if I need to use the laptop and would like to get a charge to get mobile again. I would recommend the unit based on it compact form factor and cord length, with a warning as to the charging limitation.

I bought this as an emergency measure while traveling for work. I was at the airport when I realized that I hadn’t packed the power cord for my laptop. I couldn’t get an OEM power cord when I got to my destination. I found this in stock at the local Best Buy and it saved the day. There’s an adapter for nearly any computer. An additional bonus is that this is much smaller and lighter than my regular power cord, which means that it fits in a smaller computer case.

It's an excellent charger but expensive. I do like that it has two extra USB ports for charging other electronics while working on computer. The charger comes with a selection of plugs and is dependent on the type of computer you have. The cord on this charger is longer than what I've had in the past. This is nice because I had to always ensure that I was close to an outlet when I was working on my laptop.

Charger is light weight and fits nicely in my computer bag. The cord is soft and flexible which also makes packing easy. I really like the ability to charge another device using the USB ports on the power adapter. The power adapter is the portion that plugs into the outlet,so this can be a challenge in tight spots.

I've purchased a few computers from Best Buy over the years but one of the chargers for an older laptop finally had broken wires coming out of the box part of the charger. I'm able to use this new premium charger on my newer and older computers because of the multiple adapters and it always works great. I got it on a great sale and didn't realize what I was getting. I'm very happy

My Lenovo power cord broke so I purchased this to replace it. It did not have the correct tip in the box, but I contacted the company via it's toll free number and they sent me the proper tip within a few ways. I also really like that it has 2 USB slots so I can power other devices from the same power source.

Ok so it's hard to get excited over a laptop power cable but daaaaaaaaaaaamn. This thing feels good, looks good and it has two USB ports that crank out power. I was worried that they would trickle charge my devices. Not the case. My laptop charges like normal and my devices plugged in charge as if it were an OEM cable. So great to not to have to carry extra adapters to charge two other devices. Space is a premium when I'm on the road.

I switched out half of my OEM power cord to use a different one in Germany. When I switched back I forgot an important part of the OEM cord. Ordering a replacement from Dell was going to take too long. It was also expensive and time consuming to have the missing piece sent from Germany. Fortunately this charger was at my local Best Buy. It was affordable and it worked immediately.

I’ve found universal chargers like this to come in very handy for those times you misplace or lose your actual laptop charger. It’s also great for when your traveling just in case you were to forget your charge cord. That way you don’t lose the original one that came with the computer. Be sure to read the box though and make certain that it will be compatible with your laptop.

Small, lightweight and powerful replacement for my original Dell power supply. The Long cord is a plus and the different Power Tips fit almost anything I have at home. The Two USB ports power my phone and watch chargers as well. I give it two thumbs up!

When I had accidentally left the charger home that came with my laptop, I was frantic because I could not work and had a number of deliverables to complete while out of town. The Best Buy team finally found this charger that fit my ASUS laptop. Works like a charm and has two USB ports so I can also charge my phone. Convenient!
