A: Both previous answers are incorrect. It includes both the frame AND tools to adjust the strap. The tools are not great quality though; it is somewhat hard to remove links since the tools are mostly plastic.
Q: It doesn't say if this is a Large or Small. Please advise...
A: This is adjustable. Comes with a tool to remove links and is large at first. I had to remove 5-6 links for an average/small men's wrist. Easy enough with tool included. Took some off each side.
Q: Can you get extra links if it isn't big enough?
