I bought a PlayStation 4 for my son as a gift. He liked it very much and used it and played with it immediately when I gave it to him. He was able to download some games from the store. He is happy with it. Let me tell you about the price. It was very reasonable and the product is very good and reliable. It does its job perfectly. I advise everyone to buy from Best Buy any product they want to buy without hesitation. It is the best place, I forgot about item I send picture

Purchased this and we didn't open until today as it is a Christmas gift for my daughter, however when she opened this morning he excitement turned to disappointment as the the R2 button on the remotee appears to be glued on. It will not move. She was trying to play GTA 5 to no avail. What a huge letdown

I had issues with shipment but other than that the console came in great condition. Works great and haven't had issues with it since we got it

I was a little skeptical to purchase a used console as I never have before, but it looks brand new. Works and looks perfect. Only problem is that the fan inside sounded like an airplane taking off. I read reviews of this happening to new consoles so I don't think that being used was the reason for this. A little compressed air into the back and it sounds fine. I would recommend buying a used one if you can find it. To be honest, I'm probably a Best Buy member for life now.

Product arrived in perfect condition and works great. I had purchased this for my boyfriend and he loves it. There were no problems what-so-ever.

It works beautifully, I have no complaints. I vould not even tell it was pre-owned. Like seriously I could not even tell if it had ever been unboxed it was in be l brand new condition and even operates like it is.

Love the ps4. Great price and works great. I bought it for my grandson to play with. He loves it and also the madden and nba 2k25 games.

The only problem with my wonderful PS4 is that I need to practice with my games. It works great and I enjoy it very much.

Great condition ps4, I've gotten lots of use out of it.

I was very excited when I first received this in the mail after over a week of waiting. I went home and opened the box. First thing I saw was the console. There were a few scratches on it, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. It is a preowned product. Second thing I saw was the controller. The controller looked like what I payed for. There were obvious signs of use, but it wasn't a big problem. There's a small crack on the plastic holding the left joystick up. Also, the left joystick makes a weird creaking sound when pushed upwards while pushing down L3, making it feel very cheap and very fragile. Finally, the right joystick was in perfect condition, but the left joystick was in pretty bad conditions. It felt very bumpy and was kind of uncomfortable to move with my finger, due to the weird texture of the joystick. I ended up plugging everything in and despite these minor issues, I ran into an even bigger issue. Everything installed perfect fine, but when it came time to play games, games would keep crashing and nothing would work. I was told that I was most likely going to need to buy a new PS4 and should stay away from pre-owned ones because fixes for these are very hard to find. I tried initializing my ps4 and everything, but nothing seemed to work. The PS4 only lasted me a day. I will be trying to receive a refund when I am free.

Even though it is a pre owned device, it is in a very good conditions and all the accessories came with it. I'm happy with my purchase

I was looking for the newer game systems as I have not had one in a while. This system is good and easy to adapt to if you have played a play station before, good graphs , and a whole lot of new stuff u can do.

The pre owned console came in very good condition. Although the controlee was broken, but after calling to best buy they sent me a brand new one right away.

The console works great. Minus a few dings on the surface, looks great. Might be a floor model? Had it for a month now and no lag or glitches so far
