    more thought should have gone into the design

    I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, I think this beauty tool needs some fine tuning in the design department.The sides are quite hard and made it uncomfortable maneuvering around the nose and eye area. The handle design is also not very ergonomic.

    Clean pores not sure

    It does a good job, however, I owned a spinning face cleaner prior to this one and it did an excellent job for many years until it had to be replaced twice due to the UV charging base. (Manufacture replaced this item). Price was similar to this product. I like the material its made of, antibacterial and no requirements to replace the heads every 6 months. It does a decent job. It vibrates and produces heat for facial creme absorbtion, however it doesnt make my face feel as clean. Price should probably be reduced.

    Not worth the price

    This is not worth the price! I wish all of their handles had the power button on the end instead of on the handle. It makes it so hard to use it
