Upgraded to the 5050ti oc and it is a significant upgrade in all areas compared to the 4060 that came with my prebuilt HP omen. Overall build quality is great and swapped right in. Have been able to adjust my settings in games way up from what the 4060 could do. Ran some benchmark tests which confirm what I can visually see. Temperatures under test load remained very stable around 70c in a small case with not the best airflow and remained very quiet throughout. This card is small enough it fits in the HP omen 25L microatx case. I was planning on getting a bigger case and swapping everything over to get a different card but this solved the space problem without any drawbacks. If you have a small case this is the way to go, as the 25L case is indeed small. Don’t hesitate, just buy it!

TL;DR the specific card I received of this type performs exceptionally well, and I am pleased in the upgrade over my prior 5700XT. I also happen to like the understated aesthetics of the card. Specifically as long as this card stays at MSRP, it is a good choice in my opinion. I think I won the lottery with my specific card. It has taken overclocking like a champion, and in benchmarks I am placing in the top percentile for this specific GPU. I must have received an exceptionally well binned chip. Thermals have been very satisfactory, too, especially for a two fan design. Granted - the fans are VERY loud at full speed - but a custom tuned fan curve quieted this card completely while keeping its temperature under 75C. As a side note, I like how understated the card design is. It just blends in, and my ostentatious fans do all of the aesthetic lifting. I am pleased with the performance upgrades from my old graphics card (a 5700XT), especially when it comes to thermals, going from FSR3 to DLSS4 upscaling, and the ability to do raytracing. The change in graphical fidelity and (perceived) smoothness has been enough to suck me into another playthrough of Cyberpunk. Afterlife and Lizzie's Bar have never looked so good!

This is such a good card! I don’t go crazy with overclocking and just use Nvidia’s built in smart overclock with the app but almost every game is auto-optimized at high settings even on my 4k monitor. At 1080p on my second monitor I had a fairly stable 1000 fps on Fortnite- my refresh rate is no where near that but still pretty neat. I’ve been able to run every game I’ve played on high settings at 60 fps or medium settings at 144 (my two monitors’ refresh rates) and had zero issues.
