Had a phenomenal experience at BestBuy Mira Mesa buying Pokemon Cards. The manager John did an excellent job at keeping things organized and orderly showing earnest respect for the customers who were waiting in line. I was checked out by Chad, who was very positive and efficient making the whole process smooth and memorable.
